PATH provides the support that homeless individuals and families need in order to successfully transition from living on the street to thriving in homes of their own.  They provide transitional housing, support services and assistance for getting into permanent housing.

Outreach teams are typically out providing services between 7:30AM and 4:00PM Monday-Friday.
