Sidewalk & Park Vending Permit Course
The Sidewalk & Park Vending Permit Course is provided to educate and raise the awareness of sidewalk vendors and other stakeholders, such as business and property owners and consumers, about the city’s Sidewalk and Park Vending Program by meeting the following learning outcomes:
- Provide information on the rules and regulations for vending in the public right of way and in parks;
- Provide background on exempted areas due to public safety, public health and/or welfare concerns;
- Provide information about the process for obtaining the appropriate permits as per the City’s requirements.
