Venice Family Clinic's mission is to provide quality primary clinic care to people in need. Venice Family Clinic has locations across Los Angeles in Venice, Santa Monica, Culver City, Mar Vista and Inglewood.

Contact their central call center to make an appointment at any of their locations. Call center phone number is (310) 392-8636. Call center hours are: Monday-Thursday 7am-6pm, Friday 8am-4pm. For after-hours urgent medical matters, call the same number and ask to be connected to the provider on call.

Homeless patients may walk in at the 604 Rose Avenue Clinic beginning at 8am, Monday through Friday. Walk-in appointments are given on a first-come, first-served basis.
