This site will help you find work, food, housing and many other helpful services near our library branches in the City of Los Angeles. WIN is a free app and mobile website that connects anyone who is homeless or struggling to find free resources and services. The Source events offer help in person.

North Valley Caring Services serve all disadvantaged residents via its Breakfast Program and Food Pantry. For people without a home of their own, shower and toiletry facilities are available. Adult Education and After School Youth programs are also available. 

Food Pantry
Provides fresh & nonperishable foods to local community in need. First come, first served basis. Friday 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.
 
Breakfast Program and Shower Facilities
Provides a hot breakfast and shower facilities to local homeless individuals. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6:30 am - 9:00 am.
 
Safe Parking Program
Provides vehicle dwellers experiencing homelessness a safe place to park and sleep overnight.

Intake hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 am – 1:00 pm.
