The UCLA Health Homeless Healthcare Collaborative (HHC) aims to promote greater health equity and clinical outcomes for people experiencing homelessness.

On the first Tuesday of the month at the Canoga Park Library, we offer primary and urgent care services to people experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles. All services are provided free of charge and no one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.
