Join us for a hands-on, entertaining, and educational show featuring arthropods, amphibians, and reptiles of all sizes for children of all ages. Go on Safari around the world, learning about various aspects of the animals presented, emphasizing who, how, and their feeding habits. Herbivores, carnivores, insectivores, and omnivores are all included.

Join a “Friends” group. There is a “Friends of the Library” group for most branch libraries and departments of the Central Library. Join the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
