Sound bathing is a form of meditation, a massage for your brain, using crystal bowls, drums, elemental chimes, and other modalities. The frequency of the sound transmutes and relaxes the subconscious. After a sound bath you can expect to leave feeling lighter, more at ease, and more deeply connected to the world around you.
Attendees will learn the benefits of sound healing as an easy form of meditation that has a long history of proven scientific results. Sound baths have been proven to lighten the psyche, lower blood pressure, reduce stress and anxiety, slow the heart rate and lower cortisol levels as much as a good night's sleep.
