Feeling stressed? Join us for mindfulness meditation.

Mindfulness is simply connecting your mind and body to the present moment. Meditation has been shown to reduce anxiety and increase focus, creativity, compassion, and joy. Rick Sweeney will lead this program, which is brought to you by the Friends of the Studio City Branch Library.
