Description:
Please join Kanica Suy for a gentle vinyasa flow and yin yoga.
Bend, breathe, stretch, and meditate. Bring your own mat (required) and water. We have optional props like blocks and straps that you may borrow.
Beginners are welcome.
The class always meets on the first and third Thursdays, but occasionally, there will be bonus classes on other Thursday evenings when the instructor's schedule allows. Call to check.
