Description:

Are you pregnant or planning to become pregnant and curious about the journey? Are you a care provider or guardian and would love to support a pregnant loved one? Are you familiar with birth plans or post-birth plans, or would you like to brush up on your knowledge of both? Then we have a workshop just for you!

Join Frontline Doulas for an interactive and richly informative session on all things baby planning - pre and post-birth! In this session, you will learn and walk away with resources that will help you feel confident, informed, and ready for birth at any stage of the process.

This workshop will cover:

Postpartum (after birth) plan
Lactation & Infant Feeding
Newborn Care
Birthing Bill of Rights

Join the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
