The Los Angeles Public Library helps connect residents who are experiencing homelessness with resources to help them transition to stable, independent or supported living. This site will help you find work, food, housing and many other helpful services near our library branches in the City of Los Angeles. WIN (What I Need) is a free app and mobile website that connects anyone who is homeless or struggling to free resources and services. The Source events offer help in person.

The ReFresh Spot is a community-driven project that provides the Skid Row community access to a restroom, shower, and laundry facility with supportives services, such as linkages to other providers in the area and phone charging.

It is a public facility open to anyone in the community with no discrimination for entry. The ReFresh Spot is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and includes a 24/7 Safe Passage Program, which is designed to create added safety for guests and visitors near and around the Skid Row area.
