WIN is a free app and mobile website that connects anyone who is homeless or struggling to find free resources and services. The Source events offer help in person.

SOH serves vulnerable Transition Age Youth (TAY), ages 16-25, who have diverse histories of foster care, homelessness, and being at-risk. We provide life coaching, mentoring, independent living, college access and retention, emergency services, and financial assistance with the sole purpose of helping our youth and young adults to become self-sufficient.

Call for address. Individuals are seen by referral and appointment only.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10 am - 5 pm. Second and third Fridays 10 am - 2 pm. Closed first and last Friday of the month.
