Celebrate Lunar New Year by learning how to make savory dumplings with Jess Wang!

Dumplings are a beloved Lunar New Year tradition because their round shape symbolizes unity, harmony, and the hope for a prosperous year ahead. Join us for this festive hands-on workshop and start the new year with delicious food and meaningful cultural traditions.

Join a “Friends” group. There is a “Friends of the Library” group for most branch libraries and departments of the Central Library. Join the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
