The excitement is heating up as the Dodgers head into the weekend for Game 3 in Houston to face the Astros. The series is currently tied at 1-1. Here at the Los Angeles Public Library we are big supporters of our hometown team.

During the past month, the world has turned its attention to Brazil for the 2014 World Cup. This quadrennial celebration of soccer/football/futbol/futebol/Fussball inspired us to hold a World Cup of our own.
