The Chinatown Service Center is excited to offer a self-defense workshop designed specifically for teens. This empowering workshop will teach essential skills for personal safety and self-defense in a supportive, educational environment.
Participants will learn practical techniques for protecting themselves in different situations, build confidence, and enhance their physical and mental strength. The workshop covers important topics such as:
- Basic self-defense moves: Learn effective techniques to protect yourself in a variety of situations
- Situational awareness: Understand how to recognize and avoid potential dangers
- Confidence building: Gain the mental tools to stay calm and make strong decisions when facing challenges
- Safety tips: Practical advice on staying safe in everyday situations
This free workshop is open to all teens aged 11-18, regardless of experience level. No prior knowledge of self-defense is required. Come meet new people, build self-confidence, and gain essential skills to stay safe!
