Please join us in welcoming Glen Creason, retired map librarian of the Los Angeles Public Library and author of the book Los Angeles in Maps, as he shares the stories of six of the men and women behind some of Los Angeles' earliest, most iconic, and/or useful maps of the mid-nineteenth to mid-twentieth centuries.

You might be familiar with Edward E.C. Ord and Jacinto "Jo" Mora but what about Laura Whitlock, the Gillespie brothers, Jack Renié, and Charles H. Owens?
