Description:
Join us for Gentle Vinyasa with Yoga Alliance Certified instructor Heather Flynn. Together, we will link breath to gentle movement and poses in an accessible and mindful way. Modifications can be offered for all poses.
This weekly yoga class is free and open to all skill levels.
Note: Please bring your own mat, towel, and water. All participants will be required to sign an exercise waiver.
