RN, Allison Friedman, a Diabetes Educator, will lead a presentation on Diabetes self care and management.

People with a higher risk for diabetes and people with pre-diabetes may find her discussion to be helpful. Learn tips on how to manage and control your blood sugar, and live a longer and healthier life through self care.

Join Allison for her brief presentation before opening up the room to answer your questions.

The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
