Description:

Native Palisadian and former Palisades Library Volunteer, Ruth Ben-Ghiat, will be joining us online. In addition to her sterling Palisades' credentials, Dr. Ben-Ghiat is also a professor at NYU , the author of Strongmen, and a well-known expert on fascism and authoritarianism. Among other topics, Dr. Ben-Ghiat will talk about growing up in the Palisades and how it influenced her career choices. Dr. Ben-Ghiat will also take questions on her past, the present and the future.
