Description:

For the Central Library Centennial Celebration, the Los Angeles Public Library and The Library Store have partnered with Historiart and Gallery 1988 to produce original artist prints dedicated to this cultural and architectural icon. Come meet the organizers and creatives behind this collaboration for a panel discussion with Vincent Jacot (founder of Historiart), Katie Sutton (Founder, Gallery 1988), and artists Aracely Munoz, Zi Xu, and David Kloc, who will discuss how this partnership came about and how Central Library inspired their artwork. The discussion will be moderated by Christina Rice, Senior Librarian of the Los Angeles Public Library Photo Collection and Co-Chair of the Central 100 Planning Committee.

Following the program, guests can purchase prints from The Library Store and have them signed by the artists.
