Description:

A few years ago the New York Times moved the nexus of bagel making to California. Join us for a small bagel tasting (schmears included) to see how a couple of the best bagel shops (e.g. Pop's, Boichik's) measure up against local favorites.

All funding for this program is generously donated by the Friends of the Palms-Rancho Park Library.

Join a “Friends” group. There is a “Friends of the Library” group for most branch libraries and departments of the Central Library. Join the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
