Join Certified Food Preservation Instructor Brie Wakeland Muszynski for a hands presentation on how to care for sourdough starter and use it to make pancakes at home. The presentation includes tasting samples, making butter and whip cream by hand, and a kid’s sourdough and butter zine. Please bring a clean pint or quart-size jar if you would like to take sourdough starter home.
