Description:
Kids are invited to bring a toy to the Teddy Bear Hospital! Led by pre-medical and dental students from UCLA, this program will help children build positive healthcare experiences through play. Kids will act as parents and bring their "teddy bear kids" to different mock clinic booths. They'll learn about topics like getting a shot or having their teeth cleaned, with the goal of helping them not to feel nervous in healthcare settings. This program is intended for children ages 3 and older.
