This is a program for teens and their families. One sign-up per family due to limited supplies.

Description:

Learn how to create a handmade stencil with your own designs using cardstock and cutting tools. Artists and assistants will help participants through the design and cutting process before printing the designs via silk screen. Designs will be printed as posters with vibrant inks.

The workshop is presented by East Los Angeles' Self Help Graphics, an organization dedicated to the production, interpretation, and distribution of prints and other art media by Chicana/o and Latina/o artists since 1970.
