Description:
Start the new year by learning a new way to manage stress via sound bathing. This form of meditation is designed to melt away stress and guide you into a profound state of calm. Our session uses the harmonious vibrations of crystal bowls, drums, and elemental chimes to gently facilitate stress management and mental relaxation.
