Join a discussion for parents and caregivers of elementary school students!

Learn tools for raising emotionally intelligent, empathetic, resilient, and compassionate children.
Develop an understanding of your child's emotional experiences and how to effectively respond to their needs.
Learn how to build a strong relationship with your child through positive parenting practices.

The discussions will be facilitated by Linda Glaser, Elementary School Teacher/Educator for 18 years, Director and Program Coordinator of Social & Emotional Education for 18 years, SEL Leadership Certified, Parenting Workshop Facilitator, and BA in Psychology.

Join a “Friends” group. There is a “Friends of the Library” group for most branch libraries and departments of the Central Library. Join the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
