Description:
Take a mindful break and let your thoughts flow! Join us for Mind Unwind, a relaxing program just for teens where we’ll explore journaling, mindfulness exercises, and creative expression. Whether you're new to journaling or already love it, this is your space to unwind, reflect, and connect, with yourself and others. All supplies provided, just bring your thoughts.
This program is geared towards students ages 11+.
