Description:

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo by creating Papel Picado, the traditional hanging banners made from colorful sheets of tissue paper. Fold and cut the paper into creative designs, then string the pieces together and hang them outside for the celebration. You can also save your banner to display for Día de los Muertos. Everyone is welcome.
