Learn how to make pickled vegetables, kimchi and more!

Get in a Pickle Together! is a family-friendly, hands-on pickling workshop introducing folks to basic fermentation and vinegar pickling concepts for the home kitchen. L.A.-based Chinese American fermented food advocate and instructor, Jessica Wang, brings extra pickling tips and insight drawn from her family’s diasporic Chinese culinary heritage.

Supplies will be available for the first 20 participants.

The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
