Join us on Zoom for our next Edendale Up Close concert. Katherine Marsh will discuss the piccolo and its role in classical music, illustrated by a performance of contemporary works by Gary Schocker, Herman Beeftink, and Bela Bartok, accompanied by pianist Brendan White. The audience is encouraged to join the discussion at the end of the program. Katherine has extensive experience performing piccolo repertoire in orchestra and in solo recitals. She is the solo piccolo player of the Santa Barbara Symphony and also performs throughout Southern California.
