Description:
The origins of contemporary drum circles in North America can be traced back to Congo Square in New Orleans, a pivotal site in the history of American music.
Participants will learn how to implement the open and bass tones on the drums while building, maintaining, and growing a strong rhythm. Drums and percussion instruments are provided. No previous drumming experience is needed.
