Are you pregnant or planning to become pregnant and curious about the journey? Are you a care provider or guardian and would love to support a loved one who is pregnant? Then we have a workshop just for you!

Join Frontline Doulas for an interactive and informative session on all things pre- and post-birth baby planning at the Hyde Park Library! In this session, you will learn and walk away with resources that will help you feel confident, informed, and ready for birth at any stage of the process.

This workshop will cover:

Birth Plan
Postpartum ( after birth) plan
Lactation & infant feeding
Newborn care
Birthing bill of rights
And more

Registration is highly recommended. The first 15 people who register will receive a tote bag full of giveaways.

The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
