Join us to discover the art of block printing inspired by the Palisades landscapes and natural beauty. Participants will design, carve, and print their own unique artwork using specialized carving tools and inks. All materials provided. No experience is necessary, and the workshop is open to ages 12 and up. This event is part of The Palisades Before the Fire, an art project by Natalie M. Godinez, the current Artists at Work artist-in-residence at the Pacific Palisades Branch. Finished prints will be photographed for a zine that highlights oral histories, photographs, and artwork reflecting the Palisades community.
