Description:

Shula Sendowski graduated from the Alexander Training Institute of L.A. in 1991, and has been teaching for more than two decades. In 2018 Shula trained in Adapting Alexander Technique for People Living with Parkinson's and their Care Partners with Monika Gross, head of the Poise Project, and a recipient of 5 grants from the Parkinson's Foundations. In 2023, together with her colleague, Julie Shelton, she presented the AT for PD as a guest speaker for the PCLA community (Parkinson's Community LA) via zoom, in the "Let's Talk Parkinson's" series. She and Julie continue to offer PD classes in Los Angeles since then.
