Join Ina Buckner-Barnette, the Sunshine Storyteller, for a performance of Afro-centric folktales and songs. This program is intended for children and their families/caregivers.

Ina Buckner-Barnette is an Emmy-winning actress. Her storytelling shows have been recognized by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, and she leaves kids across Southern California cheering, “Do it again, do it again!” So turn on your listening ears...and get ready to laugh, sing, and spread your wings with Ina, The Sunshine Storyteller.

This event is part of the library's Día programming throughout April. El día de los niños/El día de los libros (Children's Day/Book Day), commonly known as Día, is an annual celebration of literacy for all children from all backgrounds.
