Makeup in film has the power to dazzle or terrify. A character's appearance is often intregal to the story but did you know that many of the makeup techniques in early film were developed specifically for the camera? Learn about the evolution of artistry in cinematic makeup and hear the stories behind the most iconic looks in film history. We'll be joined by retired Hollywood makeup artist, Manny Acosta, who worked in the industry for decades. If time permits, Manny will demonstrate a look on a participant.
