Whether we have personally suffered great losses, know those who have, or have been following the news coverage, all of us in the Greater Los Angeles Area have been affected by the recent fires and social change. This is an opportunity to gather in a safe, quiet, non-judgmental environment to learn some simple, practical tools for self-care, resilience, and moving forward with clarity and strength. These are challenging times, and getting some support and care is important for our well-being.
We plan to host a similar event geared to children at a later date. So for the comfort and focus of this event, please do not bring children under the age of 12.
