Description:

LA-based Chinese American fermented food advocate and instructor Jessica Wang will instruct teens on how to make sweet dumplings and assorted sauces in a live, hands-on demonstration. All ingredients will be supplied. For ages 12 - 18.

The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
