Description:
A mindfulness stress management workshop is designed to teach participants techniques for reducing stress and enhancing overall well-being through mindfulness practices.
This workshop will include guided meditation, breathing exercises, and strategies for cultivating present-moment awareness. Participants learn to recognize and manage stress triggers, develop healthier responses to stress, and incorporate mindfulness into their daily routines for long-term benefits.
