Discussed in the program will be the differences between appellate courts and trial courts; the distinction between the Appellate Division and the Court of Appeal; and an explanation of the "Ladder" of Courts. Also, Judge Ricciardulli and Judge Richardson will engage the audience with an interactive "Can the Appellate Court Do This?" quiz, illustrating the magnitude and limitations of appellate review.
