Description:

If you are over the age of 50 and would like to practice Tai Chi with a group of friendly folks, the Social-Educational Community of Older and Inclusive Adults (SECOIAs) of Mar Vista is your place to be. The class will not meet on Dec. 23 and Dec. 30.

We gather in the library once a week, exercise with video instructions for one hour, and spend the second hour making friends and having fun. Join our community to:

  • Improve your health literacy and general well-being.
  • Enhance your balance.
  • Make friends.
  • Help combat loneliness and social isolation.
