Description:

Join Gigi for beginners yoga. She will guide you through a Vinyasa restorative yoga flow. Yoga materials will not be provided. Please bring your own yoga mat. Other suggested yoga gear to bring, but not required, are yoga blocks, yoga bolster, or a yoga strap.

Wear comfortable loose clothing!

In the event of a last-minute cancellation, we will provide a DVD-guided session.
