Description:

Learn how to create your own calming jars – a simple yet effective tool for promoting relaxation and mindfulness. Once your calming jar is complete, you'll learn how to use it as a mindfulness tool to help calm racing thoughts, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. Simply shake the jar and watch as the glitter swirls and settles, allowing you to focus on the present moment and find inner peace.
