Description:

Teens, get creative and express yourself with shrink art, aka Shrinky Dinks! DIY charms for keychains, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, phones, and more, just in time for gifting season. Draw your own design or use premade templates to trace an image on a special plastic sheet, and watch as your art magically shrinks to 1/3 its size in the oven. All supplies will be provided.

Join a “Friends” group. There is a “Friends of the Library” group for most branch libraries and departments of the Central Library. Join the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
