Description:

Master percussionist and entertainer Louie Cruz Beltran uses humor and congas to tell the story of how rhythms evolved from Africa through the Americas and into today's music and culture. Louie discusses specific rhythms, and specific areas of Africa where they originated. He gets the audience to experience the joy of music through participating in hand clapping, playing various instruments, and dancing. Get ready to dance and play various small percussion instruments in a fun, entertaining, informative and interactive experience!
