In collaboration with the Los Angeles County Psychological Association (LACPA), Dr. Menije Boduryan-Turner, licensed clinical psychologist, presents this workshop.

This presentation will offer psychoeducation on the cycle of OCD and explore the variations of OCD symptoms by identifying the different types of obsessions and compulsions. The presenter will provide participants with valuable tools, skills, and strategies for effective treatment.

Objectives:

• The audience will learn to identify the signs and symptoms of OCD.
• The audience will label different subtypes of OCD.
• The audience will learn how to practice ERP, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness tools to manage their OCD.
