Description:
Workshops begin with an introduction and lecture on food safety, followed by a short lecture on the history and necessary supplies and ingredients for each particular recipe. Each recipe is then demonstrated before moving on to the hands-on portion of the workshop. Participants will have the opportunity to make their own portion of the recipe to take home, along with any handouts.
