Description:

Discover how to make Korean rice balls, known as jumeokbap, which translates to "fist rice". These fun and flavorful rice balls are typically mixed with savory seasonings and fillings, then shaped by hand into bite-sized portions. They are a popular snack and picnic food in Korea, easy to prepare, and can be customized to suit individual tastes, making them perfect for all ages. In this class, you will gain hands-on experience creating your own jumeokbap. This program is designed for participants aged 8 to 25 and their families.

This program made possible with support from the Library Foundation of Los Angeles
