Description:

Explore the art of Japanese hand rolls, known as temaki sushi. These cone-shaped rolls are made with crisp seaweed, seasoned rice, and fresh fillings. Hand rolls are fun to assemble, customizable, and perfect for enjoying with family and friends. In this class, you’ll learn traditional rolling techniques and the cultural significance of this popular Japanese dish.

The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
