Slow down, reconnect, and feel supported in your body. This session blends calming breathing exercises, guided meditation for mental clarity, somatic movement to release tension and improve body awareness, and gentle yoga postures that promote relaxation and mobility.
This class is accessible to everyone, including those with knee sensitivity. Chair-based alternatives and supportive posture options will be offered, along with mindful movement designed with comfort and safety in mind.
No prior experience is necessary.
